I am Elizabeth, and I’m so glad you’ve decided to stop by! I have been shooting portraits and couples for the last three years but am currently in the process of switching gears to the conceptual/fine art photography world. I am still incorporating couples + weddings into my business but with a little more artistic flare! I live in a teeny tiny town called Sparta, TN, BUT in case you’re not local to Sparta (which you’re probably not) then please don’t hesitate to reach out about travel options. If I’ve peaked your interest about me and my work, then keep reading if you’d like to know more ♥
I am married to my high school sweetheart – we met as infants, reunited in high school, and decided it was meant to be in college. I am an avid animal lover and fur mom, so yes, I have kids! One of my hobbies is being a homebody…..if I’m not cleaning or organizing something at home, I’m most likely dabbling in books, music, or the latest tv show obsession. Photography isn’t how I pay the bills – I own a master’s degree in Social Work and claim this career as my biggest passion. Monday through Friday you’ll find me working as a therapist with children and adolescents in foster care. These kiddos have a huge chunk of my heart and have grown and changed me in ways I didn’t know were possible. Photography has evolved into my creative outlet and a necessary self-care tool, which is why I am currently in the process of evolving/re-branding myself as a photographer. I am inspired by music, poetry, nature, and my relationship with self and others. Last, but certainly not least, I believe in God and am on a continuing journey to discover His plan for my life.
